You will receive an email and phone notification anytime a family expresses interest in your daycare. Reaching out in the first 4 hours increases your likelihood of successfully scheduling a tour by 80%.
How to see your interested families:
- Tap on the Enrollment section in the bottom bar
2. Tap the "Interested" tab on the top left
3. Tap on the parent to view their Care Request
Then, select what you would like to do next with the family:
- “Contact” to message the parent
- “Request tour” to schedule a tour
- “Enroll” to enroll the child
- “Not a Match” if you are not able to meet the need of the family
