Request deposits

After you have completed a successful tour and a family is interested in enrolling, send a deposit request to allow them to hold a spot. Deposits are applied to the first week's tuition after enrollment.


    

How to request a deposit: 

  1. Tap the heart icon in the main menu
  2. Click on the “Enrollment” section
  3. Tap on the “Interested” tab 
  4. Select the family
  5. Tap the “Request deposit” button


When a family submits a deposit, the child will appear on the "Waitlist" tab in the "Enrollment" section. You will receive an email letting you know a deposit was secured and a notification on the app. 

        

Up Wisdom: Always put families into the app before they tour so that you can quickly request deposits after touring.
