How to increase your ranking:
- Respond to messages and tours in a timely manner
- Add more listing photos
- Request reviews from families who have enrolled in your program
- Send "Moments" to existing families through the Upwards app
- Refer friends
To maintain your ranking, focus on your response rate. Your response time gives families an idea of how quickly they will hear from you. We highly recommend responding to all families within 12 hours but no more than 24 hours.
