Merge multiple accounts

How do I merge multiple accounts?


If you have multiple Upwards accounts, you may want to merge them to consolidate your information and streamline your experience on our platform. Unfortunately, Upwards does not currently offer the ability to merge accounts or transfer information between them.

However, we recommend choosing the account you would like to use going forward and contacting our customer support team at support@weecare.co or submitting a ticket with the email address you would like to use. Our team can assist with deactivating any additional accounts and resetting your password if needed. This will help ensure that you have one consolidated account with all your information and access to Upwards' features and services.
