Submit a ticket as a Home Daycare

How to Submit a Ticket:



1. Go to the Submit a Ticket section of our support portal



2. Fill in all the required fields and select the appropriate Ticket Type:

  • "Question" If you have any questions about using our product features or services. We suggest you review our knowledge base and our FAQ section before, as many of your questions might be addressed there. 
  • "Customer Request" If you want to request any change to your account, profile, or rates. 
  • "Problem" If you want to report any issue related to our product features or services.
  • "Billing" Any question, request, or problem exclusively related to Billing. 
  • "Update" If you want to get an update or give an update related to a previously created ticket, we highly recommend doing this by replying directly to the original ticket instead of creating a new one. 
  • "Feature Request" Please refer to this article if you want to submit a Feature request. 
  • "Other"



3. Clearly explain your request and the reasoning behind it; feel free to add as many supportive materials as needed, such as videos or screenshots.
