How do I merge multiple accounts?
For one reason or another, you may have more than one WeeCare account. Unfortunately, there's no way to merge or move information between them.
WeeCare advice: Choose the account you’d like to use going forward. Email email@example.com or submit a ticket with the email address you’d like to use and we can deactivate the other. You may also need to reset your password.
If you want to use a different email address, let your provider success coordinator know and we can make that change for you so that all the WeeCare communication goes to the email you want.
As a provider, you want to stay signed in to your partner home daycare account so that you can continue to message and set up tours with parents.
