How do I directly communicate with WeeCare providers?

Connecting with providers on WeeCare has never been easier! We know how important it is for you to communicate with providers you’re interested in by exchanging messages or attending a tour. This article explains how you can navigate the WeeCare app and website to independently reach out to providers on your own time and what to expect! FYI - you can always reach out to your Childcare Coordinator for help. 


Step 1: Open the WeeCare app and tap on ‘Childcare’ on the bottom navigation


Step 2: Type in your location or the name of the WeeCare you are specifically looking for.


Step 3: Click the “Message” button to start a conversation with the provider.


Step 4: Reach out to the provider by telling them a little bit about your care needs. The provider will get a Message notification in their WeeCare app and reach out to you as soon as possible.
