Are you a family looking for a daycare for your little one? Choosing a daycare can be tough, but touring the facility can help put your mind at ease. Upwards makes it easy for families to schedule a tour through the app. In this article, we'll walk you through the simple steps to set up a tour using the Upwards app. With just a few taps, you'll be able to schedule a time to meet the caregivers and see all the spaces of the daycare. Let's get started!
Step 1
In the Upwards App, tap the Childcare icon at the bottom.
Step 2
Search for the name of the daycare or the ZIP code where you want to find a daycare.
Step 3
Tap on any of the daycares icons to get more details, including the name, location, rates, and schedules; if you want to get more details, tap on the daycare summary at the bottom.
Step 4
At the bottom of the daycare’s listing details, you can tap on the “Tour” button to start setting up a tour.
Step 5
Set the DATE and TIME you want for the tour and hit “Next.”
Step 8
You can keep track of your Tour Request on the app’s home page and Inbox; once the provider confirms the tour, you can see that as well on the home page and Inbox. Tap on the tour reminder to see the details (Date, Time, and Daycare Location). You can also find the option to contact the provider or Upwards on the same page.
