At WeeCare, we want to make the billing process as simple and straightforward as possible for parents. Here's how it works:
Once you've connected your payment method in the app, tuition gets billed automatically one week in advance on a Monday before each week of care. This way, billing occurs on a weekly basis, and you avoid large monthly fees.
Methods of payment:
We accept debit/credit cards and ACH transfers through our payment platform. If you use a debit/credit card, your bank will charge a 3.5% processing fee. However, there is no fee for ACH transfers.
Updating your payment method:
If you need to update your payment method, you can do so at any time by clicking "update payment method" in the app. Here's how to update your payment method:
- Tap on your picture (or "Me" if you haven't already added a profile picture)
- Tap "Payments"
- Tap the gear icon
- Add your new payment method
- After updating it, you may delete the first one (optional)
