How do I request for my account to be removed?

If you need to delete your Upwards account, it's a simple process that can be done directly through the app. Here's how:

Step 1 

Head over to the Menu section by tapping on your selfie or the ¨Menu¨ button in the lower right-hand corner.




Step 2

Click on Edit Profile.




Step 3

Tap on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.




Step 4

Click "Remove Account."




Step 5

You will be asked if you're sure about moving forward; If Yes, select "Yes, remove." If not, click "Cancel."




Once you confirm that you want to remove your account, you will be immediately logged out of the Upwards app. A Upwards care manager will be in touch with you within 48 hours to confirm the request and ensure that everything has been taken care of.
